How This Works
What to expect from a session...

This can vary quite a lot, from person to person

Whilst a Remedial Massage is usually quite straightforward (in a 'cause and effect' kind of way).

Training/Coaching/Rehab sessions can vary quite wildly depending upon your goals, what phase of the process you are in, and how you're feeling that day

It is always important to have a plan, but it is also important to know when to deviate from that plan, in order to get the best results

Generally, we will listen to your body, whilst trying to stick with the plans that we have made...

Having the flexibility to swap between physical training and having a remedial treatment (and vice versa), at the drop of a hat, within sessions, is a hallmark of how I work.

It makes it easier to be responsive to your situation and to keep you moving forwards in the right direction.

There are many roads to success...I'm just lucky enough to be equipped with more 'roadmaps' than most.
