I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness and being able to generally move and feel better are totally worth the challenge.

I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people (from people who have never exercised, to Rehab patients, to pre-professional and professional Athletes and Performers) over nearly two decades, in a variety of settings.

With each and every person I have trained over the years, I have learned a lot from 'getting under the skin' of their situations and constantly adapting my program to their needs (It is not only Sports Massage that affords a deep insight into how and why the body behaves a certain way).
I truly believe that this approach has produced the very best results for each person I've worked with.
