What is the point of working towards owning a SUPERCAR if you're not a very good driver?
Putting in the time and the effort to make your mind and body stronger / faster / balanced / robust / efficient / aesthetically pleasing...only makes sense if you also develop your ability to HANDLE your body.
Frankly, it is hard to train yourself without addressing the issue of 'technique' (or even injury rehabilitation!), but directly addressing the technical side of how you move and really understanding how and why things work can be a joy, in itself.
It can also fast-track your improvement, exponentially. What's not to love?
